Copyright and takedown requests

Each test page embeds a video from The IELTS Listening Test and sets out the questions and answers from that video so they can be practised on screen. Listening test content © The IELTS Listening Test (youtube.com/@TheIELTSListeningTest). All rights to the original test belong to the channel.

Asking for something to be removed

Email contact@theieltslisteningtest.com with:

  • the address of the page or pages concerned;
  • what material on it is yours;
  • proof that you own it or represent the owner;
  • your name and a contact address.

Requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and the page is taken down while it is looked at. No form, no argument and no lawyer needed: a plain email from the rights holder is enough.

For the channel

If you run The IELTS Listening Test and want a test page changed, credited differently or removed, write to the same address and it will be done. Every test page links back to the channel and invites viewers to subscribe, and the video always plays from YouTube, so views and any YouTube revenue stay with the channel.
